Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension handles information when you use our screenshot services.

1. Information Collection

The Scrollable Screenshot extension is designed with a "Privacy First" approach. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, browsing history, or captured images to our servers or any third parties.

All screenshot processing, stitching, and rendering occur locally within your browser environment. Once you close the tab or save the file, the data is cleared from the extension's temporary memory.

2. Permissions Usage

To provide its core functionality, the extension requires the following permissions:

activeTab: To capture the content of the specific site you are currently viewing.
scripting: To enable the automatic scrolling required for full-page captures.
tabs: To ensure the screenshot is correctly scaled to your browser window.
downloads: To allow you to save the resulting image file to your computer.

3. Third-Party Links

Our extension includes a "Buy Me a Coffee" button. This is a simple outbound link to an external website intended for optional user donations. Clicking this link will take you to a third-party site which has its own privacy policy. We do not track your interactions with this external site.

4. Data Security

Since no data is uploaded to our servers, there is no risk of your captured images being intercepted from our infrastructure. You are in full control of the images you capture and save.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
